RETURNS

Although we hope you love your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the merchandise.

Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, free of stains or odors, with the tags attached to receive a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

The costs incurred for order cancellations or returns (outbound and return shipping, customs clearance fees, duties, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.

Custom-made or altered garments cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the merchandise does not meet the acceptable conditions during inspection, the return will not be accepted, and the buyer will bear the cost of return shipping.

You must send the items you wish to return along with the completed Return Form (included with your order) to the following address:

We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number to ensure you have proof in case the package is lost.

You will receive the refund through the same payment method used for your purchase within an estimated maximum of 15 days from the confirmation of the return's acceptance.

What happens if you receive a defective product?

The buyer must notify us of this issue at the time of receiving the order.
We will inspect the item(s) to verify that the defect is valid and attributable to Cotton Stories.

If the defect is confirmed, Cotton Stories will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement of the same product, in the same color and size.
Any request to change the model, size, or color will be processed as a return, without a direct exchange option.
